# CaptableAI

> CaptableAI is AI-powered cap table management. Upload your legal documents — term sheets, SAFEs, stock purchase agreements, 409As — and CaptableAI extracts the material terms, builds a complete and audit-ready cap table, and lets you simulate fundraising scenarios and ask questions about your equity in plain English. It is built by Fairmint, an SEC-registered transfer agent, on the Open Cap Table Format (OCF) open standard, so your data stays portable, auditable, and never locked in.

CaptableAI is free during beta. After beta it will move to usage-based pricing (cost scales with documents processed and AI usage, not seats or investor count), and early adopters get a special launch offer when billing goes live.
